How to make a plant-based shampoo with Nettle Leaf
- Mix half Nettle Leaf with half Shikakai powder in a bowl. Adjust total quantity depending on hair length.
- Add water and form a spreadable paste.
- Apply on hair straight away, leave for 2 minutes and rinse.
How to make a hair mask with Nettle Leaf
- Mix 3 spoons of Nettle Leaf powder with 3 spoons of Rhassoul clay
- Add half a spoon of Jojoba or Argan oil
- Add water and form a spreadable paste.
- Apply on hair straight away, leave for 10 minutes and rinse.
You can also add to the above recipes any of these plant powders:
- Neem: for oily hair and to help reduce dandruff.
- Amla: for all hair types, to boost hair shine and growth.
